This lakeside home sits on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ and is exclusively available to the owner’s family and to the successful bidders at Candlelight Ranch events. The house sleeps 14 with two bedrooms and two baths upstairs (ground level) and two bedrooms and two baths downstairs (lakeside level). The lower level was remodeled in 2019, and includes a game room with 60″ TV, pool table, and dartboard. There are patios on both levels with a new hot tub on the lower level.
Boat dock has lift for one boat and two jet skis; jet ski ramp is currently empty. Boat dock also has 1,000 sq. ft. upper deck with table, chairs, deck chairs, and rope swing.
