Born and raised in Texas, Jean Wahl has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and a strong connection to the Texas Hill Country. She currently serves as a board member of Candlelight Ranch, where she is passionate about supporting youth development through meaningful outdoor experiences.
After a decade as a criminal defense paralegal, Jean chose to focus on raising her family. In addition to her involvement in her children’s schools and activities, Jean has been actively engaged in community volunteering and supporting various charitable organizations. She was first introduced to Candlelight Ranch while volunteering with her daughter’s middle school cheer team, and what began as a single experience quickly grew into a lasting family commitment.
In addition to her work with Candlelight Ranch, Jean teaches preschool music, fostering creativity and confidence in young children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
