Chili Cook-off and Car Show 2023

On March 5th the smell of chili and bluebonnets, the sight of colorful classic cars, and the sound of Texas Country music filled Candlelight Ranch for our 6th annual Chili Cook-Off and Car Show. We are proud to share the event was a roaring success for the children and families we serve at Candlelight Ranch! We were lucky to have perfect spring weather for our sold out event. Live music by Pauline Reese worthy of a two-step, delicious chili tastings from over 17 unique chili teams, a fleet of classic cars, and a ride on the ziplines ensured fun for the whole family. We are also excited to share growth within our sponsorships and community engagement for this year. Our Chili Cook-off and Car Show continues to be an essential event that engages new and established partnerships to connect with our mission of bringing children in need to nature so that they may learn, explore, and heal! Thank you to all who participated and donated to make our annual Chili Cook Off and Car Show a wild success!
