Rob grew up in northeastern Ohio on a horse farm. From a young age he could be found exploring forests, driving tractors, harvesting hay bales, and taking things apart to see how they worked. He has always loved being outside and is still curious about ecology and how to best conserve the natural environment.
As an adult, he has worked as an audio engineer, high school soccer coach, wildland firefighter, chicken farmer, and property caretaker. Opportunities moved him to Minnesota, California, Wyoming, Colorado and now Texas.
When not working, Rob enjoys photography, hiking, gaming, and being immersed in music.
