Blue Corn Harvest Gives Back

Blue Corn Harvest locations kicks off it’s Annual Green Chile Harvest Fest Fundraiser on Monday August 19th! This year, we are excited and honored to be named the beneficiary of their annual Green Chile Fundraiser! Both Blue Corn Harvest locations will be featuring a special menu through September 15th. Some of the delicious items on the “special” menu include:
- Grass fed NY Strip with hatch chile cream sauce and roasted hatch relish
- Ancho Crusted Ruby Trout drizzled with hatch aioli and fried chile rings
- Green Chile Bread Pudding
Blue Corn Harvest will donate $1.00 per item sold on the “special” Green Chile Menu that the amazing chefs have prepared for all their guests! The Green Chile Harvest Menu will be served at lunch and dinner, except during brunch hours. Saturday and Sundays, they will start serving this menu at 3:00pm! Please visit both locations, Cedar Park and Georgetown to take a bite of the delicious items that only come out once a year, while helping support our mission!
