Family Friendly Fishing

Friends of Inks Dam National Fish Hatchery in partnership with Candlelight Ranch host a day of fishing and family fun for Military Families across the Burnet County area! Families gathered together in a safe socially distant atmosphere to catch and take home farm-raised catfish across the Fish Hatchery’s ponds. Many first time catches and smiles took place as families learned about the joys of fishing from the dedicated volunteers of the Fish Hatchery’s Friends Group. Thank you to our wonderful Friends at the Fish Hatchery for providing the families of Candlelight Ranch a safe place to get outside together!
