Arun Jacob joined the Candlelight Ranch Team in 2022, after experiencing the Families in Nature Program and a corporate volunteering event. These events which brought joy to his family and co-workers, inspired Arun to get involved to further the Candlelight mission. To aid in the mission, Arun brings his background in financial risk management, real estate, and fundraising.
Arun served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2003-2011, then attended Southwestern University (the first and oldest university in Texas) and later completing his MBA at Southern Methodist University. Currently, he works for the Risk Management Office at Charles Schwab, Inc. and serves as a National Chair of the Military Veterans Network at Schwab (Employee Resource Group).
When he’s not working or spending time with his family, Arun enjoys a variety of hobbies. He is an avid golfer, traveler, and fisherman. Arun is married, has four children and a Bluetick Hound named Blue!
