Madison has been part of Candlelight Ranch for many years and has gathered a few well-loved hats along the way, from supporting programs to sharing stories and helping secure the funding that keeps the Ranch growing. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: the strength of a community is reflected in how it cares for its most vulnerable members.

With a background in recreation therapy, Madison brings a people-first lens to her work, helping translate the impact of Candlelight Ranch’s programs into thoughtful communications, grant funding, and data that reflect both accountability and heart. She loves finding the sweet spot where numbers, stories, and muddy boots all meet.

When she’s not at the Ranch, Madison is usually outside. She’s an avid gardener, hiker, and canoer, and spends much of her time exploring the outdoors with her husband, daughter, and beloved pup, always chasing fresh air, good snacks, and shared adventures. She also has a soft spot for four-legged friends and is proud to have donated her horse, Comet, to Candlelight Ranch, where he helps foster calm, confidence, and connection for participants.

Madison is thankful to work in a place where the beauty of nature and shared experiences help families slow down, connect, and feel at home in the outdoors.
